CPABC’s 10th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. All matters to be considered by the membership will be determined through the online voting process, the results of which will be announced at the meeting.  Voting procedures require that an accurate nominal roll be taken of all members in attendance at the AGM which will be appended to the minutes of the meeting.

For those who do not wish to attend the AGM virtually, we invite you to view it remotely after the meeting is held, as it will be recorded and posted online.  Information on candidates seeking election to the Board of Directors, resolutions, and voting is available on bccpa.ca.

A recording of the AGM will be posted on our website. Personal information is collected and used by CPABC under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purposes of managing the AGM. If you ask questions during the meeting, your name and question may be visible to other attendees, who may be inside or outside Canada.
